Blast! That's right.. I started to dabble with trying to make a banner (using a nifty Robyn Hithcock picture and quote) but never finished it.

Alas, not really. I realized I'd have to learn how to do some things with The Gimp (GNU Image Manipulation Program) that I'd no clue how to do.

Hopefully it'll work out soon.

I'm still not very happy with it, though. I don't care for the red, but it's about the only thing that's really standing out well against the background.

I half-suspect it'd be easier to just print out the picture, make the whole shebang by hand, and then scan it in when it's done.. *mutter mutter*
