You want her to get an outside of the ship job but if she takes a station somewhere it'd be even harder to get to her than on the sub. I guess you could try luring a cook over to your crew and just have Chii help them?

Yeah, we fucking got Lithuania and Taiwan to teach her. Fortunately their ship will be now sailing next to us so.
It's just that I take a day or so to get to the sub, and Mello would start to get cranky about it.

I don't think Mello trusts him at all. I think for the sake of power he's willing to make Russia an ally and overestimating his own ability to stay out of trouble while underestimating Russia too.

I don't trust America either, he's smarter than he lets on I think but Russia...
