Wrapping up Christmas

Jan 03, 2009 16:13

As I sit here slowly mulling over the last of the Christmas turkey I thought it would be a good time to post the last waves of Christmas handmade gifts, now that it's safe to show them.

More petit point cross stitch badges - Bubble Bobble for my mother (she once spent about $50 in coins in an arcade on this game!) and a Mario mushrom and Goomba for my little brother.

These things are actually scarily addictive and the sprites are just perfect for cross stitching!

A fabric bucket for my aunt.

This was originally going to be a patchwork bag but I might have accidentally left the handles off in a freak accident fit of distraction. I think the bucket suits her more anyways - more practical for a mother of 3!

I think this might be my favourite handmade gift of the season - I really just can't go past cornflower blue and white, and the naturalness of linen.

T-shirts made for my brother and my cousin.

The NES one is from a pattern from here.

The business casual shirt is for my cousin - I think it'd go so well with a nice jacket, don't you agree?!
