Summary: Mycroft makes a mistake and ends up at Baker Street, soaked and chilled from the rain, umbrealla cast aside and an innocent man's blood on his hands.

Usually it was the other way around. Sherlock would have fallen apart, spiralling downwards in a self-destructive pattern until Mycroft came and saved him. He would be wound so tight with stress that Mycroft would pull him into his lap and run his fingers through the untamed locks until his darling baby brother relaxed. Then, depending on how bad Sherlock was hurting, he would either fall asleep in Mycroft’s embrace, or they would end up in Mycroft’s room....
