Does anyone have software to transfer pictures from a Motorola Razr to PC? Or know where to get it!?
Pho didn't come with anything, but I have a USB cable which fits. Can't seem to shift the pix easily though...

I can't guarente to give GOOD fish advice al the time though!! I worked in a pond and aquarium center for 6 months or so, and have been keeping fish on and off for about 12 years... I can sugest things that worked for me maybe?
Snails... urgh... yeah.
I put some pond snails in my tank years ago. They went mad... bread like bastards and took over the tank. I squashed them or threw them out the window whenever I could, but they kept on laying eggs... The anti snail stuff I found just knocked them out for a bit so you could pik them out in much the same way. In the end I borowed (or possibly bought - it's been a long time) a spare tank which I slowly set up and moved the fish to, then gave the original tank a VERY thorough cleaning! When I set it back up again the snails reapeared, so I had to clean it again. This was the only way I ever managed to get it cleaned out I'm afraid... the eggs can survive out of water for a while too, so jst emptying the tank out doesnt' work unless you completely remove all ov the gravel and give it a serious bit of elbow wax...
Don't know if anti snail stuff is better these days... it may be! Lettuce may work, but my gut instinct is that it wont (it cirtainly won't deal with eggs...)
Whatever happens, it's not going to be a quick fix, so impatience is out I'm afraid!
Wish I culd give you beter news... try your local petstore, and see if they can offer anything, or have a search arround online for people better informet than yoyurs truely!

Then if you strip out the old one, boil gravel and plastic plants/ornaments, and scrub all surfaces with water (no soap or detergent!!!) you may get rid of the infestation... I'd sugest setting it back up and leaving for a while just incase the pesky beggers have survived!
Actually, good tip for setting up any new tank is to use some water from an established tank, as it helps set up the ecosystem and filter... all those nice little nitrate/nitrite/amonia processing bacteria tha you REALLY don't want to loose!
Good luck with it... :O)
