OMG so charmaine is going power-crazy!
She kind of snuck into the position of team senior, a position I kinda had my eye on, without any form of interview. So we've had an office reshuffle. Because we know her we don't pay her much heed but I guess she sees the new team members as someone she can exert power over. She was lecturing one of them IN FRONT of the team leader! To be honest I'm kinda acting senior - charmaine is ALWAYS Ill and to be honest I think the team prefer me as I'm more chilled in the face of drama. All the responsibility, none of the cv embellishment!
