(no subject)
i've applied for my holiday so an can go visit macramedildo in june - flts are found - they don't need to be ticketed until may so no hurry there - just waiting for work's confirmation that my holiday days are ok
more fun is that this weekend i had a bit of a medical emergency. I stood up in the bath to reach something from the shelf, felt dizzy, fainted and cracked my head on the taps (like those proper silver metal 4 prong taps!) i woke up thinking "why aren't the taps at the other end of the bath? and why is the door there before realising that perhaps the room hadn't switched about but me. I then took in the lovely splash of blood across the side of the bath and thought "ah shit I just washed my hair!"
anyway nhs direct didn't seem too concerned so i hung out with pete and son for the rest of the day to make sure I didn't go squiffy. I have a massive bump but i'm all good.
you know drunk dialling. well call it concussion texting - among the people i text to try and find someone to hang with was tim. he didn't reply. i apologised/explained later why i text him ... hm
