So a while ago I ordered the TWLOHA Paramore We Are Broken shirt from the online store while they were still with Raw Talent. I guess they were in transition from Raw Talent to Zambooie because they shipped me the wrong order.
I emailed support about the matter and told them that they had sent me someone else's order and I was under the impression that they'd send me a Fed-ex Recall slip. Instead, they expect my parents to return it to sender and they said that any charges made would be put back onto the card that was used to make the order.
Since my parents aren't very faithful people they refuse to send it out saying that they won't return the charges made. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so did the money get back to you?
