Hi Guys.

Mentioned this in a bulletin yesterday. Wanted to give it some more space here. This is great news for us and a big move for us, and it's been a long time coming.

We launched our New Online Store yesterday. And beyond the store, we have a new partner for all-things-merch (or shirts or whatever you like to call this stuff). It's Zambooie and they're excited about us and we're excited about them.

Here's a note from Zambooie Co-Owner Bruce Fitzhugh:
"Zambooie is excited to be working with To Write Love On Her Arms. It's been amazing to watch TWLOHA grow from a story and the simple idea to help those who don't know where to turn. We're excited to partner with them as they continue to bring their message of hope and help to those who suffer from depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. Zambooie has been around for five years now, managing online stores for such artists and labels as Underoath, The All-American Rejects, Relient K, Tooth and Nail Records, and The Militia Group."

And now for a few words from TWLOHA Director of Operations Kyle Griner. But first, you need to meet him... Kyle is the man behind the scenes for TWLOHA. i'm the guy who sends "i have this idea" emails at 3 in the morning and Kyle's the guy who's at his desk at 8 making things happen. Kyle also manages Anberlin, Copeland and Jonezetta. His wife Angela sings like an angel, and their son Elliott is very-likely the coolest little person in the world.

Anyway, a few words from Kyle:
"We are super excited about working with Zambooie. We are constantly aiming at making this part of what we do run more efficiently for you guys, and this is a move that will make things run much more smoothly. The new store will allow you to order anything at anytime, and more importantly, it will mean that those orders will get to you much faster."

We've updated the links here, as well as twloha.com but just to let you know, the address is www.zambooie.com/twloha

i want to say, on behalf of our team, that we're truly sorry to all of you that, in the past, had to wait long periods of time to receive your TWLOHA order. We know some of you have had to wait weeks, and we know that others of you have experienced the frustration of wanting to order something but not being able to because what you wanted wasn't in stock. And finally, we know many of you asked questions but never got answers.

Well, that's not going to happen anymore, which is why we made the move. The new store allows backorders, but more importantly, Zambooie is working with us to be sure that stuff stays in stock and that orders ship very quickly. In short, we want you guys to get what you want and fast. And we're working on a bunch of new stuff.

Now, for questions about orders:
If you have a question about an order placed prior to 11/15/07, that order was placed via the Raw Talent store and Raw Talent will continue to service those orders. For those, it's best to write to twloha@rawtalentinc.com and be sure to include your order number.

If you have a question about an order placed on or after 11/15/07, or a question about a future order, please contact Zambooie Customer Service

Like i said yesterday, thank you beyond words for your patience and support. We've been working on this move for quite a while now. This news is super good news and we're really pumped about it. i am off to the Bayside show on Sunset. We had a great night in Anaheim last night, one i won't forget.

Peace to you tonite.

PS: The new Kenna record is really great. i met Kenna for the first time on the 5th floor of a parking garage in LA a couple years ago. He was sitting in the car with a friend, and they were listening to his record. i pulled into the space in front of them, didn't think anything of it, and started singing along. So he gets out of the car, i had no idea who he was, and he asks "How do you know this song?" The answer was our mutual friend Byron, who knew Kenna growing up in Virginia Beach. i pulled out my phone, dialed Byron and handed the phone to Kenna. It was pretty great moment. And then i ran into him again a month later at a hotel in New York City. Stuff like that makes the world feel pretty small. i hope you get some moments like that. i think we need those.

PS2: Chris Kattan was just here, at the coffee place where i'm typing this, and he was with his dog. His dog was very small. Funny stuff.

Jamie posted that blog about a week ago.
