Mexico had 15 trucks and all their military ready to help the victims, but Bush said no
France, world renowned for having some of the best aviation vehicles and natural disaster rescue ops teams, parted some of their high end aircraft and helicopters to id in the rescue ops, as well as many of their own rescue teams, anf again Bush said no, along with saying no to many, many other countries!
He failed to listen to scientists who warned him weeks in advanced that is was coming and it was going to be huge!
Also, Bush as of right now, has a lower approval rate percentage then President Nixon during the Watergate scandal.
