no no, he will be. Misha's going to be a season 5 regular.
He's just going to be different, he lost 'some of his angel mojo' so he's going to be with the boys and like gaining humanity (for lack of a better word)
and I have the greatest mental picture of Cas in the backseat of the Impala with the boys while they hunt the MOTW.

i can give you a hilarious Dean/Cas spoiler if you want x] its going to the setting for many fanfics, I can see it already
