Nobody's said anything on here in a little while, so I guess I'll try to start a trend again.

Zomg, it's my senior year. Doesn't quite feel that way, since I have another lingering after it, but... it's a start. My classes are all decent, I guess. I'll just list and comment on 'em individually. Makes things easier to read.

History of Western Music up to 1600 CE (5 credits). Very difficult course, but a decent professor this year. Might actually manage to scrape up a B.

Musicianship IV (1 credit). Shouldn't be hard, but it is, because most people in my class have had this teacher from the start, and I had three teachers from I-III that didn't teach everything this guy assumes we know... I'm a little screwed.

Statistics (4 credits). Boring professor, but seems easy enough.

Financial Management (4 credits). Funny professor, but very high on himself. Not horribly difficult, not horribly easy. Basically just have to keep up.

Composition (2 credits). This is going to be AMAZING. My teacher's actually going to teach me the basics of compositional technique. This is what I was getting so excited for at the beginning of last year that just didn't happen. Ties right in with...

Basics of Orchestration (2 credits). Funny teacher, elementary information about composing and arranging techniques for ALL instruments. Will be handy.

Glee Club (1 credit). Show up, sing, be merry.

19 total. That's technically considered an overload here, so I'm worried, but Greta will keep me whipped into shape. I've got an awesome apartment, and have a Wii on its way for stress relief, so things shouldn't be too bad.

Apart from that, I've been trying to find a job, and found this lovely little gelato shop that was looking for help, but the lady has been giving me the runaround. She keeps saying she'll call, and never does, and acts like nothing has happened each time I come back, so that's probably a no go. There are a lot of amazing restaurants near my apartment, so I'll try to find some work either cooking or bartending, but my experience in the latter probably won't cut it at an actual restaurant.

Did I mention I love my kitchen? I didn't. But I do. It's awesome.

I've been cooking a lot, and now that I'm in a place with only two people in it, I can make a nice sized dish and have leftovers there for about a week, so I barely have to eat campus food. Greta loves my cooking, which is also a plus. I've kinda been missing out on most of my friends here, but I'm slowly finding them again. At the end of last year, we kind of started a dinner party group, and while there are only 4 or 5 mainstays in the group, it's fun to have new people constantly in and out eating my food.

What else, what else, what else........ I dunno, that's kind of all I got for now. It's weird being completely on my own for a change, but I'm getting used to it. Anyone who wants to come visit, you'd definitely have a place to stay. If I can, I'll come visit you too. We'll talk when school starts to become unbearable again in a few weeks :)

Love to all,

~Adam
