summer time and the living is fine.
Just finished my Diet Rockstar with some salsa and chips... now it's time to take an antacid. What a lunch! Husband is off tonight. I have been doing some gardening.. with my flowers which I have notices are all pink and purple... I have some cheap steaks.. "eye of round"... for dinner. Love them! Very similar to Ribeyes only way cheaper. I am going to grill they "Hot and Heavy" with some Jack Daniels barrel charcoals and put a dab of butter on them when they are resting. I have a bunch of berries strawberries and blackberries to serve with that. Maybe some cottage cheese too. I have been loving fruit with dinner. Supposed to be a hot one today. I might get in my pool. :)
