Threadhopping: Sure, as long as I know what's happening.
Fourthwalling: As long as it's done well, and not overdone.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): In the context is IC conversation, I'm nigh on impossible to offend. Vortex is also not very easy to offend, but is highly likley to say offensive things (including things that I would find offensive irl). Please don't link me to any mechpreg, non-cracky sparkling fics, human/TF smut, or humanised TF stuff. And please don't expect me to read anything you do link me to in a timely manner, it's not going to happen.
Other stuff: If it looks as though I've dropped a thread, TELL ME. I never intend to do that, because it sucks to be on the receiving end. Sometimes, LJ comment reminders break, meaning that I don't know it's my turn to comment. I'm happy to be given a heads up on this by email (ultharkitty at gmail dot com). The same goes if you've mentioned something my character needs to respond to in a post - I don't have time to read everything on the community, so feel free to point me in the right direction.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no" (yes or no answers are boring), as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: glomp away, but be preapred to be groped back. If I'm uncomfortable with having my character grope yours in return, I'll find some IC reason for him to keep his hands to himself.
Kissing this character: go for it. How he will respond depends on the situation.
Flirting with this character: sure. Just keep it appropriate to the age rating of the comm. He'll almost certainly flirt back, and is incapable of saying 'no'. But unless it's been pre-arranged OOC, he is highly unlikly to make the first move.
Fighting with this character: yep. Just give me a heads up first if I haven't interacted with you before IC and don't know you OOC. He will fight back, and he'll probably get off on it. You have been warned.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): do whatever the hell you like as long as you abide by the PG-13 rating of the community. If we take it elsewhere, then anything goes. Attempted psychological injury is also fine. Please let me know in advance if you're going to do something that will incapacitate him.
Killing this character: I'd rather you didn't.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: only if you're Soundwave. And even then, if you want to know what V's thinking at any given time, good luck to you.
Other stuff:
V is not using viruses for anything, and has never done so in the context of this game. The way I'm playing him, it just isn't his style. I've noted this here because the concept has come up on at least three separate occasions, and I have absolutely no idea where it sprang from. It certainly wasn't anything I wrote.
V is p'n'p only. I'm happy for him to have adventures in incompatible hardware, but he just doesn't have the necessary equipment for sticky. This is because the fluids thing kind of squicks me.
If you want V to do something evil for your own plotty reasons, please ask me about it in advance.
