When we were putting ones up next to Lowe's some guy stopped in a van and tried to start debating with us in traffic. Mind you this is in the lane that goes into Lowe's if you are on Bruce B. Downs. He said this election isn't about abortion, or healthcare, or any other social issue. He said it was about Muslims. Then he progressed to say that Muslims were basically horrible and the only reason they live is to kill us. He even wrote a paper about this. So Justin and I said there are extremist Christian groups just like their are extremist Muslim groups. He continued to say "yeah, but they are barbaric, we aren't. And then I said, "Yeah, dropping bombs and raiding another country and killing innocent people isn't barbaric, ok...." .
So this continued on while this man inhibited people from getting their much-needed tools and wood for another 5 minutes or so.
Exciting. And depressing. I feel bad for him.
