Woohoo! Man, 338 electoral votes (so far)? Dear Mr. Bush - that, dear sir, is a mandate.
American politics is great. It upsets me when non-Americans start complaining about how patriotic our citizens get on this day - what they fail to realize is how cynical we are about things the rest of the time. So to non-Americans, on this day I ask you to kindly "stick it" before you call us self-centered asses, and let us have our moment of happiness. We get blamed for everything else, why not get praised once in a while for having a political system that allows something like this to happen?
Talk about a buzz kill.
But to return to the matter at hand - OBAMA!!! Thanks go to Florida for finally retrieving their heads from their asses!
