told coach nasra that it was 2 miles.

i went to ice my knees.
i hate mr. dagle. alot.
hes a stupid trainer.
he needs to be fired.
i had a fricking note from the friggin dr. that i NEED to ice my knees after EVERY practice for them to get better. and he wouldnt let me ice them.
so now theyre gonna be worse.
hes mean.
my knees are gonna be even more messed up.
only because he doesnt care about anyone but himself and football.
i hate it.

oh well dagle is such a loser anyways. i dont know why i waste my time even writing about how gay he is.
im practically failing history.
