i dunno if you were doing it wrong but doing the whole jason vale *relieved* my stomach cramps. I used to have them on a daily basis, sometimes several times a day. in college at times they were so bad that i couldn't get up to walk over to my computer and spend the day on the net. When i started juicing all that stopped.
I find it a milion times cheaper but thats possibly because as a vegetarian fusspot i bought only the finest things and also i now eat considerably less (which is where i think my savings come from)
i also hate his writing style but like his information, though i am currently researching it independently to find out where he's taking liberties
for instance in slim for life he makes a point about us evolving from lovely vegetarian chimps who only eat meat if they absolutely *must* and how we are only have a percent of dna away from chimps genetically. What he fails to mention is that the particular chimps that we are half a percent of dna away from are frequent meat eaters, and, in fact, cannibals. (now i havn't verified that fully but an ecologist friend of mine was telling meabout it while we dscussed nutrition and he is in no way in favour of meat eating)
i don't think it's the second coming either i am just so excited at all of the improvements and benefits i feel in my life, for instance, since starting juicing over 7 months ago, and dropping off it and getting back on etc etc, i have felt a million times better in my body and over all have gone down 3 trousers sizes (i now have to wer belts on 32s but 30s are just that bit tight)
i wondr what the cause of it not working for you was?
