Summary: Dawn is worried about new owners for her apartment building.

Author's notes(if any): No Spoilers for movie, cause I hate to get unexpectedly spoiled and really don’t want to be the cause of someone else getting spoiled.

“What are you worried about Dawn?” Clint asked watching Dawn fidget and push her dinner around her plate. It was Bruce's turn to fix dinner or arrange for the take out to be delivered and he had invited dawn over.
“Someone bought my apartment building and everyone is worried.” Dawn said not noticing everyone sit up a little straighter at her statement.
“What is everyone worried about?” Tony asked carefully trying to hide his interest in her answer.
“What if they let the building fall apart? What if they raise the rent or somehow get us to leave? Or they make the building terrible to live in but somehow keep us from moving out? Everyone got a form letter saying change of ownership please send rent to this new address.” Dawn said pushing her plate to the center of the table.
“What would you like the new owners to do?” Steve asked wondering if Tony would be able to help out at all.
Dawn pulled out a folded sheet of paper from her back pocket and as she handed it to Tony she talked. “Fix the front door so it takes more than a good shove to open it, like a lock or something. Bright lights outside and inside all the halls. Much bigger water heater so we don't have to have some sort of building wide hot water use schedule. More than one person authorized to call the repair man so that way when the building superintendent is no where to be found someone can call a plumber, and if the rent gets jacked up guarantee of advance notice so we can get another job to pay the increase if we have to. We all got blindsided and with no answers.” Dawn said sighing and setting her head on her arms on the table.
The Avengers looked to Tony as he typed on his tablet looking between the screen and Dawn's notes.
Two weeks later the six of them were stopped at the front door by a sign stating ring apartment for entry and a handwritten sign stating we actually have a working door. After getting let in and finding some place to sit in Dawn's apartment she handed a letter to Clint.
“We had a meeting with a couple folks from the company that now owns the buliding and we got more than what was on the list I showed you.”
“We saw the door buzzers and the door that really locks when we came in. What else did you get?” Bruce asked carfully not looking at Tony.
“Apartently the top floor of this place was never finished and its going to be a big room for tutoring and like building parties or something. There are three people now able to call a the plumber or something and one of them will always be in the building. We all have written guarantees about the rent and condition of the building. Oh! Dinner's ready!” Dawn explained before running into her kitchen.
“Jarvis is also in the door system and the security cameras on the outside of the building and in the communal rooms and hallways. I won't let what happened when be brought over her new couch again if I can help it.” Tony said careful not to let Dawn overhear him.
Dawn hollered from the kitchen a last bit of news. “Oh yeah. I'm going to get paid to tutor the kids. The kids get the tutoring they need and I get some more very needed income. This new owner is great!”
