Drunk!England and Drunk!Prussia are love. Always ♥
I think I caught one slight error here: the usually oblivious South Italy noticed things were not quite alright and clung to Germany’s sleeve the whole night (much to the German’s embarrassment) I think you meant North Italy.

America in a bad mood is scary. He's emitting an aura like that when he was holding a chainsaw, but its even worse, and he's smiling pleasantly the whole time. ♥
Ahaha. I love those two getting drunk together! Moar drunken stuff next chapter!
Ah! Thanks for spotting that. Dammit, I always confuse these two! XD

Oh, and the DVDs scene was so INTENSE (My God that was so dumb, what kind of gift is that anyway? And I’m not even mentioning the I-pod he gave the queen!) and I’m glad it’s being addressed, because someone needs to solve this so I can have peace (and I’m glad it’s you, I love you so much).

I think that is, in one way, why England and America are so very tsundere with each other: they get their 'love' thrown back to their faces so many times (though in the strips, we see America do this to England more often).
It's my personal canon England shares a happy, fond, trusting sibling relationship with Canada. Yeah, England never did give Canada a gift that equals that of the toy soldiers, but Canada is the one he trusts the most of his kids.
Haha. Yeah. I went WTF with the DVD thing. The iPod one to the Queen was OK, because there was some real thought to that gift. But the DVDs? I went, WAT.
