How far is TOO far?

Honestly, how far is TOO far when it comes to cleaning up the bathrooms/dumpster area?? How gross and disgusting does it have to be to where you have the right to say "F**K that, i'm not cleaning it" and have a right to?

I'm never changing the garbage in the girls bathroom AGAIN!

Not only have a found a plethora of bloody tampons (WHAT GIRL DOESN'T KNOW YOU PUT THOSE IN THE TOILET) but recently i've found PUKE and FECES in the trash can.

I honestly believed the guys bathroom was 5675783497893759348 times worse up until I discovered that.

Not to mention, our personal dumpster area has been overflowed with the trash of our neighbors (a japanese restaurant) whom, despite having their own dumpster to use, have completely tossed open bags of uneatened sushi and food around our dumpster area, and have attracked all sorts of lovely creatures. The city was going to write us up for health code violation because of the mess that WASN'T OUR FAULT. So what does my poor ASM do? Goes out there with none other than the little gloves we use when putting out pastries to CLEAN UP THE GARBAGE!!!

I didn't sign up for this, nor have I found it anywhere in my job description as a barista to clean up other people's biohazardous filth nor their laziness.

How far is too far when you have the right to say no?
