Rocklin/Roseville no longer a safe place to live...

Several Starbucks and small businesses have been robbed at gun point in the last several weeks, including my old store and one down the street from my current store. But I never expected to ever hear of a heartless, gut wretching attack so close to my house, on a street I pass by nearly every single day.

An innocent woman was pumping gas at the gas station on the corner of lead hill and north sunrise when a man just randomly started stabbing and attacking her. She died from his attacks in a random act of violence. But Why?

You hear a lot of these types of stories in areas where violence and suspicious activity are somewhat common, but I would never think that in a suburban and what I used to think was safe area would ever have to deal with something like this. It's so hard for me to fathom. What the hell is this world coming to?
