Work...
I'm almost done with my first week of work. It's gone pretty good. I'll be working in Hood River for another couple weeks, then move to Husum, WA. I think I'm getting tons more training this year than I did last year, and it's turning out to be quite a bit of fun. All week we've been doing paper work and boring stuff, but I like the people I'm working with so it's not too bad. Today we did some drills and although someone turned the water on full blast and got me soaking wet, it wasn't my fault so I didn't feel too bad.
I took the pack test earlier this week; it went splendidly. Did I use the semicolon properly? Working out this last quarter payed off, and although I'm still obese, I'm starting to drop some weight and getting into shape.
Oh, if I have any stalkers out there, my employment this summer is wildland firefighting. This is my second year.
In other news I saw Batman Begins with Caylen last night. I enjoyed it quite mucho. I'm going to Caylen's graduation on Saturday and hopefully I'll get into Portland to see Dan in the hospital on Sunday.
