President Bill Clinton
I
woke up at 3 this morning. Me and Ben left the house at like 4:15 and got to Barnes and Noble
at like 4:30. We got a ticket to be able to receive a wristband and waited till
5 so we could actually get in the line to meet President Clinton. I brought my
pillow and took about 2 or 3 naps before they let us into Barnes and Noble at
about 2:30. We were waiting in line for so long and then we had to wait
inside B&N’s because Bill Clinton hadn’t arrived yet. While waiting, they
had to cut our wristbands off and we couldn’t keep them. But because of me and
Ben’s sneaky ways, we were able to keep one without anyone knowing. Bill
arrived at about 3:45 and me and Ben were around the 40th people
there so we were out pretty quickly. Bill signed his book for me and shook my
hand and he asked me how I was and I answered and I asked him back. He is way much cuter in person lol. He’s
really nice. As we were leaving we saw Lindy Boggs and Ben took a picture with
her. I was dying for something to drink the whole time we were waiting in
B&N’s.
So now I can officially say that I met President Bill Clinton!
Yeah I skipped school but it was for a good cause!
