A month into school and my building still has no working washing machines. A MONTH! I'm running out of underwear! they told us to use the washers in other dorms, but I really dont want to haul a sack of dirty panties across campus. It just seems awkward. Luckily I'm visiting Ben this weekend. His dorm has working washers that are free.

Why is it that at a public school they have working, free washers and at a private school we do not?
