By the way, I'm about halfway through the bat story as we speak. Er, type. I went in thinking, "I don't care how great a writer she is, there's no way I'll enjoy Sparklepire porn." And damned if I'm not enjoying the Sparklepire porn. Darn you, you literary siren. ;)
Done, and I still like the Sparklepire porn. I don't know whether I should go bleach my brain (you might have guessed, I'm not a huge fan of Twilight, although I have yet to witness the eyebrow -- that might change things), or just own it. Then again, I've said for years that I'll read any genre and any pairing, as long as it's well written, which your stuff always is.
I just saw the icon that your partner in crime used in the entry, and snarfed a little water up my nose. Hmm, would that be an OT3 and not an OTP?
...you're quite right. That is some eyebrow wiggle.
I was supposed to get trashed and go see the movie with a galpal of mine but, alas, it had stopped playing down in Santa Cruz.
The thing is, she doesn't say much about who any of her characters are; that's part of what's started to bother me about the books. They were quite enjoyable when I first read them, until I actually started to think about them. I mean, Bella is her POV character, but, as someone pointed out, we have NO CLUE what her goals or interests were before she met Edward. Quite possibly she didn't have any. And AFTER she meets him, he is her only goal and interest. And Bella is her main character; the story is told from her perspective. If we're missing that kind of information about her, it doesn't really indicate glowing things about the characterization of the rest. /rant
RPatzz, on the other hand, has won my admiration for the pure disdain he seems to have for the character he's playing.
The stalker thing is creepy, I will say. Someone did a fanmix called "Shine On, You Prissy Diamond," in recognition of some of Edward's more sketchy... hobbies.
Hahaha.
Yeah, I also vaguely recall a comment about how he felt like Edward basically hates himself, and chose to play him that way. Or something. It's been a while since I looked at something Twilight-related.

Reading the second one now. Esme's "darlings" line at the start cracked me up. I think I startled the cats.

Haha, was the icon your doing, then?

...but you're not climbing into his room and watching him sleep, right? Right? ;)

...that is both funny and a little distressing, dear. *grin*
I meant to ask, how is your school year going? I know I glanced a couple posts about German teachers a while back.
