The Rules: You are allowed to vote for one icon in each round. Vote for which you believe to be the best-- quality wise, and personal opinion. That's about the only rule. It is okay if you would like to vote for a friend or a certain iconmaker, but if you do believe that the other icon is better and you like it more, vote for that one. Voting is based on the honor system. We're not going to hunt you down if we think you're voting badly.
