Just an update so everyone knows I haven't died~ :3
SO MUCH is happening, I'm so busy! School has got me utterly swamped. I'm going back to Massachucettes this May, and North Carolina before that. I'm garduating next month as well, so...trying to prepare for that. (Though I'm not doing a ceremony. Just getting my HS diploma). Math is killing me. I'm so not ready to take the SAT. I feel like everything I learn about numbers goes in one eye/ear and out the other. :/ It's really discouraging. I just don't have a head for math.
Fortunately, I have an official cure for stress: my brother and I sit down in our entertainment room, lock the door and watch The Last Airbender. Last night we were doing so until 1:30 and I got HUGE goosebumps. I don't care that I'm seventeen and technically ten years too old for this show, it's my favorite right now. <3
I've also taken a break from avid writing and am sitting down to revise/rewrite my first (and favorite) book that I ever completed. I'm so scared and yet so, so excited, because I never thought I'd be here, honestly, working on a third draft. It's amazing to me. But it's also daunting. There's so much more I want to change than I even realized. But I'll get through it, thanks in large part to tips from the writers at LET THE WORDS FLOW. They are my HEROES.
Of course, on another subject entirely, there's This Boy....
But I won't get into that; just, he's everything I've ever wanted and he's my best friend and I don't know if he likes me. Ugh.
I TURN SEVENTEEN NEXT WEEK! SO EXCITED!!!!!!
Also, if anyone on the f-list is looking for some amazing fantasy-romance, read "FIRE" by KRISTIN CASHORE. It's such an epic book I was in tears by the end.
