me and katie went to our old elementary school park today. it was really good to be there. it made me think a lot. i miss swinging on the swings. i miss running in the sand and getting yelled at. i miss the feel of sand between my toes. i miss playing kickball. i miss thinking that drama was only when someone called you a brat. i miss the stupid rumors. i miss the teachers. i miss the monkey bars, and seeing who could get to the farthest one. i miss playing sand monster. i miss getting in trouble and having to sit on the stage during lunch. i miss helping out the cleaning people after everyone was done eating and getting popsicles afterwards. i miss the stupid boy crushes. i miss being afraid to go by your boyfriend and not even talking to him.
