Well I'm back.
After four weeks.
It was interesting.
But it's not for me right now, anything that stresses me out so much I take up smoking and start cutting myself can't be good.
But don't worry, I've stopped both of those. They seem stupid and pointless now...
Would have been sent home within another week if I hadn't left.
I now have a back like an old man...and the damn painkillers are running out fast.
Good things I got out of it were some nice running shoes and a pair of merino thermals!
Snuggly warm and comfy running.
And of course 4 weeks of continuous strenuous exercise has toughened me up a little.
So I'll go back in two years when I'm ready
Other than all that, nothing to say...or type.
I have pleanty of questions for people.
And I do expect some answers...
