So I'm totally taking up sewing.
Which is best considering the kind of clothes I wear tend to be 300% the cost of normal clothes. So tonight I'll be making a dress, that I'll probably wear at my 21st (I was going to have bumblebees on it but I came to my senses and just went for tartan... bumblebees would have been awesome tho). If I don't fuck it up that is. If I think I could sew half decently, I may just take it up.
Got bored and made a net shirt out of an old pair of stockings last night, goes under a shirt and stretches down your hands, wasn't half bad for a demo. Oh my what is this creative outlet! Lions and Tigers and Bears!
On my desktop at the moment, there's a picture of three stormtroopers, one with a flower, one with a butterfly and one blowing bubbles. In separate pictures that is. So I decided it was so damn cute I'm putting them on canvas. It just so happens I have three spare canvases lying around that would fit them perfectly. So when I get the chance that's the next project.
