Man, getting to old for this...
Just got back from the glade festival in Reading, for those that don't know we had some tremendous storms while there and the place is a quagmire...I survived Glastonbury 2005 (aka the really wet one) but this was worse, not a dry spot to be had and lots of slippery mud (and v.muddled people falling over in it).
At several points had to wade through water 3 foot deep just to get there and it just kept RAINING . By Sunday my tent had half collapsed and flooded, more rain was forecasted so for the very first time I came back from a festival early.
Anyway I still had excellant fun chatting to randoms, Dreadzone didn't turn up (demn rain) but saw some great music anyways - but as festivals go that was the most tiring\stressful one by far.
