Shredding the gnar????
Finally got to go snowboarding yesterday. We stayed on the bunny hill the whole time but I did get the hang of it at the end of the day.
We had some difficulties at first. My feet wouldn't do what Jay was explaining and I got frustrated. A few binding adjustments later I managed to do my linked turns. yay! Poor Jay, he was exceedingly patient with me, but it's very hard to teach people to snowboard.
It dumped tons of snow on us while we were on the hill. We got back to Peterborough, had a lovely dinner at Elements then watched Fido on the movie channel. Carrie-Anne Moss with Billy Connoly as her pet zombie. Why haven't I seen that movie before? It's very funny.
We got about 30 or 40cm of snow overnight. Should be fun driving home this afternoon. Ughh.
