Wait, how are we two weeks into December already?
I used to roll my eyes at my mum for buying Christmas presents in May, but man. I have no backup, and now I'm flailing trying to figure out who I need to get something for and what to get. Not to mention schedule in time to go shopping 8D I hate this gift buying madness.
Had planned a gaming night tonight, but plans fell through. Wednesday I am meeting up with old friends from secondary school - two of them have had kids since I met them last, I'm not sure how this'll turn out, nor do I know if I'm supposed to bring anything in way of gifts. What is proper etiquette for this where you live? I am awkward and almost always end up doing the wrong thing, so input is always fun.
This weekend I leave for Ålesund to spend time with Christian's family before the holidays, then the 23rd I leave for Amsterdam as we are celebrating Christmas in Amsterdam again this year. I am terrified I'll miss my plane 8D The weekend following Christmas, we are off for belated celebrations with my parents.
