First set of questions is from teapostal!
1. What do you think of cosmetic surgery?
I don't know. I am mostly a "if it makes them happy" kind of person when it comes to this. I think Botox, teeth whitening, and permanent makeup is more disturbing than procedures involving actual surgery (... depending somewhat on the outcome, I think we have all seen horrifying examples of these sort of procedures gone wrong). Anything involving making eyes bigger and wider also freak me the fuck out.
I'm not really sure why I find injections and whitening more disturbing, maybe because they seems like such "easy" fixes - something people are prone to get addicted to and just waste a huge amount of money on. It's silly!
It's not something I would ever do myself - I'm not really preoccupied with the way I look. I want to look good, of course, but I focus my efforts into my clothes and the general impression I make rather than making use of make-up and other beauty products. It's important to me to look good for me, not to look good for others.
2. When did you last cry?
Weirdly connected to question #1. When I had to do my hair for my cosplay a couple of weeks back. Hair and me do not get along. I never learnt how to do my hair when I was a kid/teen, and now I just can't be bothered. So whenever I feel I have to do something with my hair for an event or whatnot, I panic, and it's a struggle to try to conform to what I feel is expected of me. A complete nightmare.
3. Italian Food or Greek Food and why?
I haven't had a lot of Greek food to be honest, and I probably have never had authentic Italian food either (I am pretty sure the pasta and pizza we get over here don't really count). I do love a good Greek salad, though, but I would definitely love to explore Italian cuisine more ... aaah, so much food, so little time.
Truefax, when planning my Japan adventures, I am more focused on planning all the things I want to eat than the places I want to go see. When planning a trip to a new place, the first thing I check up on is their local delicacy/specialty. :D Fooooood.
4. What did you miss about Norway when you were last in Japan?
Nothinggggg. Except maybe being able to read and understand everything I wanted to read and understand ... but that just means I have to study more.
Oh, and not being treated like a foreigner everywhere I go, but ... that's a whole .... thing. And it didn't really bother me on this last trip.
5. What's your favorite weather phenomenon?
THUNDERSTORMS. Of which we don't get all that many over here. But they are beautiful and sort of terrifying at the same time :D ♥
I do enjoy summer rain as well. AND RAINBOWS.
6. How would you choose to die?
Suddenly in a weird accident, or asleep in bed 8D As little pain and awkwardness as humanly possible, please.
