What's the soundtrack? Google isn't turning up any quick tracklists. Just curious who's on it.

ロマンポルノ is more literal than romance porn, it's Roman porno. I always thought the name came from some combination of the whole 男のロマン thing + the stereotype? that Italians were pervy.

Haha, really now? That's... I'm just used to having "roman"/"rom" being short for romance somehow, I guess 8D "Roman porno" sounds.... really weird. I'm just picturing people in Roman costumes à la Asterix or something.
