My back feels 70~80% better than yesterday \0/ I am pleased. Amazing what a little standing around can do.

I've been made aware of lovely things like c25k and Runkeeper (or "runke-per" as a friend of mine likes to call it... run that through a translator if you must). Runkeeper really has all the features I was looking for in a GPS watch, except for calories burned - you need to be a paying member to get that. But whatever. Pace and time and activities should be more than enough to get me excited about running. Christian and I are going to start the c25k program this weekend. It's a long weekend for us, so we're being whisked away to Sweden. In the wilderness no one can... watch you run :|

Summer has finally set in. We're experiencing lovely temperatures at around 20~25C at the moment :D Fuck the haters, bring on more heat, mooooore~ (I seriously can't believe people are complaining about this weather. :|).

Now I'm hoping I'll wake up early enough to be able to walk to work tomorrow. Sun, sun, sun~ eat it all up~
