I <3 Shopping XD
We did lots of stuff today @_@;
Visited Minami-Kashiwa which is the place I called home for six months back in 2007-2008. It's a small little town about half an hour away from Tokyo by train. It was bizarre to go back there. A few things had changed, but it remained mostly the same. Strange to walk through campus and the town without the company of Zin and Mike. I'll have to send them messages and tell them I went back on a short visit, heee ^_^ Can't say I miss dorm life much, but it was nice to see the campus again :)
I wanted to buy taiyaki from this place Zin and I always went and got taiyaki from. However, they don't make taiyaki during summer ( XDDDD how was I supposed to know? fffff ) so... I went with freshly made strawberry cream roll cake instead. IT WAS SO YUMMY, FFFF ^_________^
We took some pictures and I collected the Pokemon at Minami-Kashiwa station. xD They've had this stamp-collecting summer activity for kids (and pokemon fans) going on this last month. They've placed out pokemon stamp stations at 95 different train stations in the Tokyo area. Collect all 95 and get something nice, collect 9 and get a phone strap xD; I now have... two. Both collected today. Just for fun, though. I'm not aiming for any of the prizes xD; But still, was fun to get the one from Minami-Kashiwa! It was Mimiroru (Buneary in English) ^____^
We then went to Shibuya, explored Daikanyama which had... lots of fancy and interesting little shops and cafes~
Headed back to Shibuya where we bought tickets to Disney Sea~~~~ ^_____^ also stopped by Tower Records where we caught a glimpse of Otsuka Ai as there was a talkshow event thing there today ;D haha.
... we did heaps of shopping again @_@! ... and that's more or less it. I'll post pictures tomorrow or something. I need to shower and prepare for tomorrow. DISNEY SEAAAAA~~~~! xD;
