Late Night Ramblings

No new Lie To Me episode today .__. laaame, I was looking forward to my weekly dose of the Lightman Lean xD

However, I did manage to get through another three chapters of my Intermediate Japanese book @_@ Though my brain feels so fried I haven't been able to actually practice what I've learnt. SO MANY NEW THINGS, WTF. Makes me wonder what I actually did learn in Japan @_@ I have this sinking feeling that the answer would be, "apart from culture and how to handle daily life - not much".... T_T; God damn Reitaku and their stupid placement test/classes being between the level we needed to be at. Though in retrospect I guess I could have handled Zin's class, and should have asked to be bumped up. Ffffff. OH WELL. NO TIME FOR REGRETS. もっと勉強すればよかったwwwwww

I don't have the patience to memorise kanji at this point, though.. I'm focusing on grammar, but the reading exercises are getting increasingly difficult and they count on you to memorise kanji from chapter to chapter so uuugh. This speed-studying of mine will start taking longer the further out I get ;_; MUH頑張るしかないわね〜

I like that Japanese has a billion and one ways to express how something is or ins't the case 8D And then they tack all of them on top of each other and it's just.... brilliantly confusing and redundant and awesome ♥ XD

I THINK I'LL GO REVISE NOW :D MAYBE UPDATE MY NEW AMEBLO LATER TO GET SOME PRACTICE ♥ :DD

Also I started playing Kane & Lynch: Dead Men because the demo for the sequel is out, and it's the sickest thing ever and I want to get it, but I hate getting sequels without at least attempting a play through of the first game so whoooo. I got pretty far... and then Christian took over XD lawls. Not because it got too difficult for me, but because... he just wanted to play I guess. The game is good! A bit clunky. A lot easier on easy in single player than on normal in co-op xD So that's a plus. Though wow the graphics of the demo for Dog Days are such an improvement from Dead Men, it's silly @_@

language confusion, game babble, study study study
