HEART ON WAVE
Aaaah. I love karaoke. Got invited by Nicole to go with her and some friends :D Made me really, really happy since I haven't gone to karaoke in ages! D:
Met some new Japanese people <,<; Meeting Japanese people for the first time at karaoke always makes me more nervous about singing xD I like singing Japanese songs, but the only Japanese songs I really know are H!P stuff... and I know that a lot of Japanese people my age probably isn't in to H!P at all, so I'm always scared about how they'll react XD
Today's reactions were fun, though 8D Of Japanese songs I did Akai Freesia (Melon Kinenbi), Samishii Nettaigyo (W) and Usotsuki Anta (MoMusu). They laughed at Akai Freesia, they were like "Eeeeeh, why on earth do you know about Melon Kinenbi? XDDDD wwwwwww). They didn't know Samishii Nettaigyo and asked who sang it 8D I just did the W sign, and they went all ":o aaah, she really knows H!P" (.. I know the song isn't originally by W, but that's the version I picked at karaoke so.. mhm!). They also didn't know the MoMusu song I did, and was shocked to see that it was from 1998. They kept asking "... so why do you know them again?" XDD; It was fun~ I guess I should stop being scared of doing random H!P songs at karaoke with Japanese people present... but I just can't help it.
... I have to remember to record some karaoke stuff the next time I go. Looks like I'll be going at least twice next week! 8D
Japanese Language Proficiency Test on Sunday :( I think I'll pass it, but augh. Why on a Sunday? T___T
