暑い〜!!

Yesterday was awesome.

Graduation party thing with my Japanese class. To celebrate exams being over and to celebrate that (most of us) are going to Japan next semester.

If you know me you know that I usually avoid going to parties that involve a lot of drinking 8D I don't drink, so being around drunk people is really.. weird. I never know how to act around drunk people and it ends up being awkward. Despite this, though I decided to stay as long as my head would let me xD; To begin with I thought that would involve eating my food (sushi!) and leave, because the heat was killing me! Party was on the 11th floor of one of the buildings at university, and oh man. No air. Especially when we stuffed.. .. a lot of people into the same room xD; Got better after a while, though so yay.

I had so much fun! @__@! Karaoke! And.. crazy people! And.. happy faces and aahahha xD;; And also the best sushi I've ever eaten, I think. It was really yummy. So.. either I had been walking around hungry too long and it tasted like heaven, or it.. was awesome sushi. xD;

I have pictures of course. And to make up for the tiny pictures I posted from the 17th of May, I made sure these pictures were large enough. Perhaps a bit too large? xD;

I got so full I wasn't even able to finish my food T__T;

ごちそうさま〜

corporeal not wanting to be photographed 8D!

Me actually not feeling all that well because of the heat o_o;!

Awesome view of campus and the city! ♥

Awesome view x2

XD; What's even more hilarious is that I have a very similar picture of him (Ole) from last semester's after-exam party thing. Aaahaha

(The picture from the last after-exam party)

After eating we could buy lottery tickets for 2Kr each. You wrote your name on the tickets and handed them back to the teacher. After a while they pulled up tickets at random from a bag and.. people won prizes. Very nifty. Ole (guy from previous two pictures) won a shitload of prizes. He bought 25 tickets o_o;

Taken whilst prizes were being handed out. All the prizes had something to do with Japan, of course. Japanese candy, Japanese children's books etc, etc were handed out. I didn't win anything, but I were given prizes that other people didn't want xD;; So I now have two packets of Mini Moni tissues. Aaahaha *amused*

On to the karaoke. Lyrics projected on to the wall. The song selection was horrible and the karaoke tracks were all.. midi-like xD; Hilarious, though. And ehm.. people started getting quite drunk at this point 8D

Fly Away by Lenny Krawitz. I have a video of them doing this song. Scroll down to the bottom of the post if you want to download it.

Awwww. xDDD

This was the first karaoke of the night, so uhm.. that's why I have so many pictures of it. xD

.. for some reason, the audience doesn't seem all that interested? XDD

I feel this picture really sums up the party @_@;!!

Half an hour or so before we had to pack away the karaoke our teachers decided to sing a song :D

People flocked around them to take pictures, resulting in me not getting a very good shot of Tomoko, our teacher from last year who got sick and were unable to be our teacher this semester. She showed up for the party, though. Yay ♥ Was fun to see her again ^_^

Waiting to go outside. Needed a key card to get out, so uhm. Had to wait for our teachers ^^;

Outside I was almost kidnapped by various people who wanted me to come along to some bar. I was picked up and carried around @__@; I... decided to simply walk home instead, though xD;;;

Almost all of the people in my class has got facebook, so I snatched some pictures from one of my classmates xD;

So that I could show you my teachers! This is Reiko and Tami. Reiko was our reading & translating teacher this semester. We had her "yomimono" class every friday. She was also my Japanese literature history teacher! Tami is really just helping out with the classes. We had her last semester as well and she is a great teacher. Fun stuff always happens in her class xD; She can be a bit frightening too, though. I tend to panic whenever I'm asked questions in her class T_T;

Miyuki and Tomoko. Miyuki came in and took over for Tomoko this semester since Tomoko was too ill to be our teacher. Miyuki has been awesome :D She was the one with the cute reaction to my karaoke babble during my oral exam xD;

A picture of them handing out prizes during the lottery thing :D

This is Mark, he was the guy who graded my oral exam. Really nice and funny guy xD He also won a lot of prizes in the lottery, that bag, for example 8D

Oh.. and yeah, I sang karaoke too 8D Here singing (..trying to at least) Matchbox 20's "Unwell". I also sang "Go West" by the Pet Shop Boys ♥ H!P karaoke plan fell through, but I don't really care. I had lots of fun anyway :D

Better pictures of our teachers singing! Tomoko!

Tami and Miyuki. Heee~~

And yesh. I have some videos! I don't feel like uploading them to youtube or facebook (unless people want me to?), so for now you'll have to download them if you are interested in watching them.

Ole wins a prize! (17sec, 2.4MB, .mov)
Lasse & Andreas singing Fly Away (37sec, 5.4MB, .mov)
Marius & Martin singing YMCA (1min 17sec, 10.8MB, .mov)
Miyuki, Tami & Tomoko singing Englishman in New York (59sec, 8.3MB, .mov)

If you are unable to watch/open the files and desperately want to watch them, contact me on AIM or something, and I'll send you the original (and ridiculously large) .avi files.

It's officially summer vacation now. Wow o_o; I think I'd better get myself a job, but eh. No idea what I'd like to do. I'm down with pretty much anything as long as it doesn't involve operating a cash register or being able to drive a car. If anyone knows of anything I could apply for, please let me know! :D

In other news, the weather is awesome. Causing the temperature in the apartment to be at a constant 30C (86F). That's with all the windows open and a fan going a full speed ... *is dying*
