Pre-screening of Snakes on a Plane tomorrow (for us Norwegians who originally would have to wait until the 29th of this month to see it T_____T)!!!!! Omg! Will order tickets after dinner and stuff
( Read more... )
!! Yay. How do we do the ordering of tickets? Since ordering online means that we have to order tickets for all of us at once (+pay). Perhaps just showing up and buying tickets after school tomorrow would work too? xD;
Good luck with kanji! They're evil but fascinating creatures. Don't be an idiot like me and start practising them two days before the test (I had 40 kanji to learn in two days, I really am an idiot). :P
I've also found an alternative solution to the switching of study program dilemma. If the application phase goes to hell, I can always just take all the subjects required for the language program (without switching over), and after I'm done with that, order my diploma and get the bachelor. So. Rawr. There's always a way ^_^V
Yay! :) The "programs" really are an artificial, strange thing, aren't they? In the end, the only point of being in a specific program is just to have better chances of getting into your bachelor required subjects, right?
Well I have lots of free time now (uni finished, I'm home), so I should try and learn all the kanji you post too.
I was stuck in traffic the day before yesterday, behind a lorry with a shipping crate that had come from Guangzhou, so I sat trying to read some of the kanji on the back. I recognised 金, and shouted out "gold! money!"... the English translation was something like "do not carry explosives in this crate" though so the context was a bit lost on me :)
