you know that plain that the rain mostly falls on in spain? evidently that's where Madrid is.
Kyle and I took a day jaunt over to Madrid, figuring it was close to London and the weather would of course be better than say, Dublin. Woops.
We still had a great time, ate awesome food including the best olives ever, saw a palace and snuck into a cathedral. When we got back to London it was snowing. Earliest snowfall in 70+ years. Evidently we are weather cursed, or at least I am -- every time we've gone sightseeing together during her trip here, the weather has been absolute crap. Good thing for her I've been working most of this week!
Tomorrow night, we show these Brits how to have a halloween party!
