ok, some people say like congrats for starting lj or that kind of thing, but i guess you dont really care about being welcoming or offering to help them if they need help navigating lj

you didn't exactly ask anyone to help so we automatically assumed that you knew how to use it.
and for the welcoming thing... no one really welcomed anyone you knoww? kinda asking too much there.
