is it a texture of you made it ?? because if you made it Nna wants to learn about them..they're so cute >////<

It's not a texture. I used a halftone brush. :) You can find a lot of sets on deviantart and google. And I believe you can find somewhere here too. Maybe on 100x100_brushes; don't know. This one specifically came from a set made by a teacher... So I don't know if I can share. >__>;;

Sorry to butt in, but I have a brush that you can use over a texture to get a similair result... I found it on google, it's a free photoshop texture.
