Thing in my chest free.

One week thing in my chest free.

And no regrets.

I've been to the Y and not had in bounce up and down in my chest.. I went to BJs and didn't worry about standing near the doors.. and I realized that NO ONE can make me stop driving for 6 months. It's very liberating to be free from the fear of inappropriate shock, lead perforation, device malfunction and a lifetime of surgeries.

I'm not afraid- I will be fine. I know that.

In other news, school started this week.. Rachel and Christopher are attending a FABULOUS preschool that is FREE and every day through universal pre K. They are in separate classes which is huge for them.. so far so good although Rachel is mad she's not in Christopher's class. They will swim once a week in school, they have music, gym, and all sorts of extra stuff. It's like a real school! And the teachers send home a sheet telling all about their day which is very cool. Their old school did that when they were 2 but not when they were 3. Snack is provided every day... no relying on parents to bring reasonable snacks.. they've had milk and not juice the last 2 days. They make snacks nutritious so they can help expand kid's eating horizons.. Rachel's class baked cookies today. There are 12 kids in the class and 3 adults in addition to a bunch of therapists and aides for some of the kids.

It's fabulous!

Sarah starts school next Friday. She's going to the school where Rachel and Christopher went and will have the  same teacher.
