Garbo would have helped somewhat on the defensive end. Plus it would move Moon to the bench where I think he'd be more effective (not saying Moon sucks but right now he's not a starter, he would provide energy off the bench).

I agree, other than Bosh the Raptors tend to play soft. We don't have a tough guy like Antonio Davis or Charles Oakley around and we need a guy like that to motivate everyone else.

Also we have guys on our team that need to shoot more 3's (Kapono) and guys who need to shoot less (Barngani, and even Bosh cuz he took way too many at the end of the season and the playoffs) or stop shooting them altogether (Moon).

Mitchell should stay as coach for at least another year or 2. He was a tough player and he tries to teach that but its not his fault most of the guys are unwilling to give a consistent effort.

And yes, Swirsky is the absolute biggest loss for the Raptors. He was the guy the fans connected with the most and whoever replaces him will not bring nearly the same level of enthusiasm and excitement to the TV broadcasts. And to a lesser extent Jack Armstrong is a significant loss because he was a good change of pace from Rautins sometimes.
