Sensory deprivation. Any character of our trio. Any continuity. Can be from an accident and the other two are trying to take the injured party mind's off the injury, or deliberate to heighten sexual pleasure.

I don't believe anyone's filled it, and even if they did, there's no limit on how many people can fill a prompt. Feel free!

It is, isn't it? I have no idea if it's real or manip'd; I just pulled it off of google images and made sure no one had claimed it first.
