Okay, how about this one?

Ratchet, being a medic, knows how to adjust sensors and turn them on and off, and in general, adjust the sensor net of a mech.

He does this to the twins in a moment of playfulness, so that the most sensitive parts of their anatomy are no longer their interface units (spike/valve or pnp equipment) but their mouths.

Go wild here!

What I really want to see though is a food kink I have. I want the twins to get off on the sweets that Ratchet feeds them, and because some of these sweets just taste so good they overload from eating them. Their physical reactions can be from their EM fields, or even their equipment.

Or...

Ratchet can put something else in their mouths....
