So many different feelings reading these. You did a really great...no, make that an awesome job with them. (And you said they wouldn't be awesome ^^) Some really poignant moments there. I especially loved Hunter and Lance.

As for you comment about the twins carrying, I've never been interested in writing about any of them having sparklings, but I found myself not so long ago writing an opening scene for a fic where both the twins are carrying ^^ But it is creation by spark carrying only, newsparks planted into protoforms, and when the twins separated from the spark merge, the newly created spark split with them. Not sure if I will ever do anything with it though. Thinking of this kind of leads me onto a certain Dragonformers fic, which ended with the twins claiming a certain medic during his heat cycle XD Any progress on that sequel since we last chatted?

Awww, thank you. (I wasn't that sure, because when I wrote them, they all felt pretty clichee). Lance was actually something I got from googling 'games' and 'lance' and what do you know, shogi has a piece called lance that only moves forward

I certainly didn't feel that there was anything clichéd about what you wrote. That is really cool re the result on the google search. I think Shogi could be a prompt all of its own for the twins.

The plot behind the fic with the twins carrying is that they accidently create, it had previously thought impossible, and they are not in a relationship with Ratchet (in fact they are not that friendly with him, although Sideswipe is a little more amenable towards him). But he is there for them throughout the carrying...after bawling them out for being so stupid of course ^^...and he helps them when the newsparks arrive, and over the time the twins fall for him.

That is good news re the beta and I look forward to your 50 fics piece, I really enjoyed what you previously wrote. oooh, is this certain Autobot of Wheeljack's a surprise? It does sound as if you have been busy plotting :D

Yeah, although I'd like to understand the rules of the game, before writing anything based on it. Don't want to claim this and then find out meant the completely opposite. Research is important. ;)

I think I've read a fic once, where Sideswipe ended up carrying and they were discussing with it Ratchet, who offered or was planning to be a surrogate carrier, since the split sparks couldn' support the newspark. Although your idea sounds awesome~. *hint hint*

Perhaps not a surprise. We have already met them in the first fic. ;)
